I am an award-winning project manager with a proven track record in leading complex and multifaceted campaigns.

Results driven with nearly 15 years of experience, I have successfully and routinely launched high ROI projects under budget and ahead of schedule.

My experience in both corporate roles and as a freelancer allow me to operate with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills in a team environment.

Additionally, I have experience in hiring, coaching, and managing teams of designers, developers, editors, and marketing managers.

Project Management

I was born to be a project manager. Every job I’ve held has led to a project management role (though not always indicated in the job description). My experience ranges from coordinating remote shoots to management of the branding, design and development of marketing for new businesses.

Using both waterfall and agile methodologies, I have led the creation or redesign of workflow processes at each company on my resume, as well as helped small business owners develop their own unique processes.

What makes my processes so successful is the time I take to learn how each contributor works. I firmly believe the workflow process of a team should fit the style and personalities of the individuals first.

I started my career in 2007 as a marketing coordinator and production assistant for on-air promotions at SPEED Channel (now FOX Sports 1). It was here that I learned my passion is in working with creative teams. Since then, I have gained marketing experience in the retail, automotive, banking, and wellness industries, primarily working with design teams.

I have always been interested in design. As a child, I was often found doodling cartoons or sketching ideas. In high school and college, I studied broadcast production and video editing, but it wasn’t until I started working in digital marketing that I realized I could be a designer, too.

Through tutorials and online courses, I taught myself Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML/CSS, and WordPress. Acquiring these skills has opened doors to positions that have allowed me to gain more experience in the following areas:

Coming from the broadcast industry, writing scripts is second nature. My ability to write copy for on-air talent has positively influenced my copywriting skills for marketing materials. I naturally write like someone would talk, so the promotional messaging and web copy I’ve created is easier to read and really resonates with potential clients.
